I am a licensed psychologist serving Washington State through teletherapy services. My first experience with counseling was through a peer counseling program in high school. Since then, I have provided therapy in community mental health programs, college campuses, a jail, a trauma-focused clinic, and even a wilderness therapy program in Utah state.
I grew up in the north Bay Area, where I fell in love with mountains and backpacking. Now, I spend time traveling and practicing photography (all images on this site are my own) and rock climbing. I started my own study and practice of mindfulness almost 10 years ago, and my work in this area informs my clinical work when appropriate. I am also a Watsu Provider, and practice multiple disciplines to further improve my listening techniques.
I am extremely grateful that I truly love working with people in a therapy setting. It is a privilege to have a career that sustains me and challenges me to always grow. I hope to use that privilege to help you start living the life you want to live.
